Last sunny day...
So ironic... but it is... Today is the last of the sunny period that we will be seeing here in Vancouver. But it is also gonna be one of hte last "sunny" days of my life as i prepare for my final term papers and finals. ahhhh!So i joined this event at UBC Recreational Centre called Galdiator. Simliar to American gladiator but less physical and more fun =P I wasn't expecting to join a team as i'm always afraid of the physical events on campus ( everyone always looks so athletic!).
I'm glad i joined though. I had a lot of fun doing the bungee run, the dark maze and bouncy castle. It was one of the most memorable events i've done here in university... although i woke up the next morning not being able to turn my neck and feeling pain in parts of my body where i've never felt pain before. I guess... it's time i did some exercise.. shooot.
Came across this song that was on my playlist for the longest time. B2K = Why I Love You, Never really listened carefully to the lyrics until today... it actually has really nice lyrics about a guy confessing why is it that he actually loves his women. Something that every girl in a relationship would long to hear one day... Look for it! i like the lyrics. =P
Christmas is coming and you can always tell that it's close when you see more and more couples walking down the street hand in hand... Why is Christmas the season of love? hmmm....
That's another question for another time =P

Here comes the sun ~do do do do
Haha.. been a while since i last posted. been rather busy... but i shall quickly update before i start on my papers =PI left off on my last blog with a midterm that i was stressing over about. hehe... that was the begining of the midterm season... but amongst that stressful period, i was able to do many other things! (btw, just incase you're curious.. i think i'm doing okay? i'm not too sure... we'll just have to wait and see.)
Sooo... couple weekends ago was thanksgiving weekend and a couple of us gathered to celebrate it with a full turkey dinner! =P hahaha.. we made turkey , mash potatoes, peas, cranberry sauce and stuffing and gravy of course! hahaha... full meal with ice-cream in the end! =P it was pretty fun having people come together to celebrate a feast together and just reflect upon all the blessing that we have, good friends, family, school, education, food, shelter, a shoulder to cry on... sometimes i feel that i take things for granted. Imagine other people who do not have all the things that i have mentioned above and more! So everyday give thanks that i can breathe one more day, and i can experience the beauty that surrounds me.
And then just last weekend i was lucky enough to be able to go to Seattle! =P haha.. my dad finally gave me the green light to go with a couple of friends to the south to have some fun and shopping! lol.. it was a really fun trip although a lot of us were super tired coz we decided to leave at 6am in the morning to beat the traffic. Good deals in the states... i wouldn't mind going again if my dad allows me too =P so funny how i'm still so attached to my parents even though they are not in the same country!
that was a brief scan of what has been going on. =P haha.. and this weekend i'll be going to a mountain dew party! gotta remember to dress green for that. =P haha... i'll have to finish making my resoles. hopefully they will turn out okay...
alrighty.. gotta get back to my papers ... shall blog again soon! =)

Aduh! Saya jadi gila!
I have a bahasa Indonesian midterm tomorrow and i only started studying for it tonight! =(shooot... bad idea to do that...
I think i know most of the vocab without the addition of prefix and suffix. Once you add them on, i don't know what they mean or what they become. =(
